Tadi, tergerak hati nak check Nuffnang. Tau dah earnings aku takkan memberangsangkan. Bhahahahah, RM0.25sen sahaja. Kelakar. Maklumlah, I tak advertise pun blog I. Sebab tuhlah earning pun ciput saja. Tsk tsk. Tak apalah, rezeki juga, kan :)

Mengumpat Pun, Biarlah Bertempatkan?

Aku tahu, aku dah lama tak post apa-apa entry.(padahal baru 2-3 hari jekan) Ye, karenanya, aku sedang berbusy dengan kerjaya. Ahaks. Career women katakan (bak kata Shedlah.) Even aku buat Purchasing Invoice kat company yang sememangnya dikenali ramai, ingat tak busy ke? Sangat ok. Plus, dengan closing lagi, payment lagi. Haaaa, hamik kau! Semua payment kena settlekan secepat mungkin. Awal-awal tak mau pulak, kan buat?

So, apa yang aku nak bercerita sekarang dalam post ni, adalah apa yang aku kurang berkenan / tak berkenan langsung dengan apa yang aku nampak dan dengar. Aku selalu ingatkan diri aku, biarlah berfikir dahulu sebelum bercakap or take any actions. Dengan kata lain, observe, think wisely (biar pun it takes a looong time.) then baru act. Lagi satu, aku dululah. Ini kes dululahkan, aku selalu fikir bahawa orang yang lagi berusia dari aku ini, semestinyalah lebih matang, berilmu dan lebih berpengalaman. Not only that, aku assume, everything yang dorang cakap do make senses. But, as day passes, baru aku perasan dan tersedar, tak kesemuanya seperti yang aku assume. Lain, memang lain. Kadang-kadang, ada apa yang muda lebih matang dari yang tua. Even yang tua itu banyak rasa asam garam hidup, doesn't mean kau tuh boleh pandang remeh/rendah terhadap yang muda. It's all about life. How we experience life. Itu yang mematangkan seseorang. Tambahan pula, setelah aku masuk alam bekerja (eceyh, padahal TEMPORARY jek.) lagilah. Haaa, even temporary stuff pun dan even aku bekerja dekat syarikat yang sememangnya dikenali ramai dan memang, memang, betul-betul aku maksudkan nih, di mana company penuh dengan kereta hebat-hebat gua cakap sama looo, tapi, perangai, tak semuanya betul, tak kesemuanya jujur, tulus, ikhlas dalam bekerja or baik. Aku serius ni. Bukan main-main. Even aku baru seminggu bekerja, nauzubillah. Macam-macam bos and workers yang aku kenal.

Look, tak bermaksud kau bos ke pekerja ke, tapi working in an environment where you keep on taking people for granted, talking shits about others, memang damn! Itu sangatlah durjana wei. Even orang yang buat tuh bergaji besar. Yang ini lagi-lagi pada races Melayu. Memang dah dijangkakan dah pun, Melayukan mudah lupa. Mahathir pun ada pernah kata, kan? Ye, bila dah naik pangkat, semua kerja diserahkan kepada yang pangkatnya kecil. Walaupun, itu sememangnya kerja dia. Ada ke pulak serahkan task kepada yang bergaji ciput nih? Yang si pangkat besar nih pulak dok buat apa? Haaaa, ajak drebar ke sana ke mari entah ke mana, bergayut, lepak di cafe'. Paling annoying bila dah masuk department, then complain kata penatlah, laparlah lepas tuh arah-arah orang ambilkan air sedangkan kau boleh saja buat sendiri dan tak usah kacau mereka yang bagai nak gila siapkan task-task mereka. Apa kau ingat datang kerja goyang kaki ke bro? Haaa, makan gaji buta namanya. Tak apalah, itu rezeki kaukan? Nafkah yang kau cari itu, setimpal tak dengan usaha kau bekerja? Setakat mengarah orang buatkan kerja kau, aku tak tahulah nak kata apa. Jawablah nanti pada Yang Maha Esa.

Ada pulak yang kerja dah bertimbun, bila nak sampai due date, barulah nak buat. Then, habis semua kerja yang patut juga disiapkan, which is task yang baru dapat, tertangguh. Haishh..Lepas tuh, bila gabra lebih, minta orang lain yang dah siap kerja sebab tak pernah nak tangguh-tangguh, buatkan untuk dia. Nak tolong boleh. Sekali dua, tak apalah. Dapat pulak kerja tuh tak kena dengan field kita, mati. Kau nak bagi juga? Haaa, tunjuk ajarnya tak mahu. Itulah, manusia. Nak kerja mudah, tapi bila salah, kita yang menolong ini yang dipersalahkan.

Tapi, paling aku tengok keraplahkan, co-workers or officemate akan mengumpat or mengata belakang sesama sendiri. Padahal, duduk bawah satu department tuh. Terkejut aku wei. Ada jugaklah kat office yang aku bajet semuanya well-educated, terjebak juga dalam kes mengumpat. Sedih. Kalau tak puas hati, cakap terus. Jangan membawa aib orang ke perbualan kau dengan orang lain. Even aku yang diam je kat office pun, naik rimas aku dengar. Sebab, desk aku memang bila masuk-masuk ja dah nampak. So, bila bergossip tuh, memang dekatlah dengan aku. Aku diam. Ye, berdiam sahaja sebab sedih. Paling sedih dan tak suka, ketika solat Zohor, tengah-tengah yang mereka ini nak mengadap Allah (dah bertelekung dan berdiri tegak sambil mengadap kiblat), boleh lagi nak mengumpat dengan rakan sekerja. Nasib aku dah habis solat. Kalau tak, confirm tak khusyuk. Aku pelik, pernah tak mereka fikir, di suatu tempat di mana kau seharusnya menenangkan hati dan fikiran kau, segala umpatan atau mengata belakang itu memang seharusnya ditinggalkan? Ada pernah sekali, aku dengar sekumpulan mengumpat, aku pandang saja. Merenung mereka tajam. Kemudian aku belah. Jelak aku.

Macam gini jelah, kau pernahkan baca buku yang berkenaan Working Ethics? Haaa, amalkan. Setiap apa yang kita lakukan, certain tuh ada etikanya. Lagi-lagi, etika bekerja. Walaupun aku baru seminggu bekerja, aku ambil berat tentang reputasi dan juga etika bekerja aku. Bukan nak bangga diri. Tapi, your image can be reflects when you bring yourself. Aku tahu apa yang patut dan tidak patut. Biarlah mereka gelar aku geek or nerd. Janji, aku tahu etika yang aku bawa, betul untuk aku bekerja.

Sudah. Aku dah macam ahli AJK Working Ethics dah. Mahu kah aku panggil Najib untuk bangkitkan isu ini? Pekerja makan gaji buta. Tak perlu dah rasuah. Hah, bagus.

1st Day Baru, Bro.

The first day at my office was like, blarh! I arrived at 7.45am which actually my report to duty should be at 8.30am. Well, thought of being late because of the traffic jam. But, I was totally wrong. The jam wasn't that horrifying since it only takes 15-20 minutes to my office. As I arrived, I asked the guard there where to park. He told me, just go to B2, and park there. Then, I wen to B2 and park. I waited in the car like almost 20-30 minutes, I guess? Yalah, why not from the time I arrived it was like 7.45am and I waited until 8.15am. Yeah, call me punctual because I am. But not as early as I expected! Huhuhu, what can I say, during the first day, you might wanna show some excitements in working, kan? Hahahah..

After I enter into the building, here it goes. My first day of working has started. I was freaking nervous and to be honest, I feel like I wanted to turn back and run. But, my spirit ask me to stay and go on. So, as I arrived, I when to the 5th floor which is the HR Dept. There, the HR Dept which was Puan Zalina that was in charge to assigned me what department I'll be working. But, what I've been told in the call last 2 days, I'll be joining in Communication Depat. I was like " Oh my, if I was in that dept, wearing baju kurung doesn't fit." Then, she brougth me to the 4th floor. There, I was assigned at Admin Dept under Purchasing.

So, to tell all of you, yeah! Now, I'm a tempo stuff at Purchasing Dept. What I do? I do all the Purchasing Order (PO), GRN ( where I don't know what the hell is that), making slip accounting, order and negotiate with the supplier upon the price that we order. Making a mistake in doing PO will bring a big consequences. Like serious! Why? Because, this order will come from the whole other of its anak company in Malaysia. Yeah, it covers all. Scary huh? I'm faaaaaaaaaaaaar scary tau! I hope, I can absorbs those techniques in doing PO so soon! Hopefully!

Oh, did I tell you, the first day of my working day, the building was hectic! Yeah. Karenanya, pemindahan anak-anak company ke HQ which is now where I'm working at. So, not much that they thought me. But, who cares, I'mma fast leaner. Bhahah.

To be honest;

I do know how to do PO but since it was my very first day, of course I'm quite slow in doing it. Well, pray for me you guys :)

A CAREER WOMEN SOON!

Alhamdulillah. Thanks to Allah because giving me an opportunity in the working stage. Yeah, almost 2 months I was unemployed and just staying at home bringing up my fats! Haihhh, not good for health ok. Really, 2 months doing nothing but chores, it is one kinda suffering for me. Memandangkan saya ni jenis tak boleh duduk diam, kan? Hahahah..

To those who read my facebook status, do know why I'm being so thankful and grateful. I just received a call to fill in a vacancy at (secret). Haaaaa, alaaa, yang company besar gila tuu. Ahaa, itulah. Actually, 2 days before, they call me and ask either am I seeking for any vacancy instead of this one (now where I'm working). I answered, nope since aku dah putus harapan gila. They called just for my confirmation and they said that they'll call later on to set the interview date for me. Then, suddenly, tak sampi 3 hari, eh eh..2 hari, which is today, they called and ask me if I can start this 24th. Ye, Jumaat ni. Well, hell yeah!! Mestilah boleh! After that, terus aku melompat! Then, aku macam curious. Betul ke? Aku tanya balik, going without any interview? Then, orang yang call tuh pun kata. Yap! Without any interview. Just, masuk kerja like usual and report to blablabla.. I was like?? Really?? Sambung keterujaan aku kembali! Yada yada!

So, the working hours is from 8.30 am until 5.30 am. Oh, which department I'll be working? Ahaaa, kata Kak Liza, Communication Admin Dept. Ala-ala Mass Com katanya. Tak apalah, kita lihat saja :)

Alhamdulillah, segala doa dan usaha (which is time bagi resume tuh macam try luck gak en), akhirnya dapat juga aku mengisi masa lapang aku dengan cari rezeki. Hope, everything will go smooth. Amin. Syukur Alhamdulillah. Terima Kasih Ya Allah kerana memberi diriku peluang keemasan ini. Tidak akan aku persia-siakan.
